Local Pickup<\/h3>\n

In-store\u00a0pickup is available in Montreal and surrounding areas. We’re located at 9661\u00a0Rue Cl\u00e9ment, LaSalle, QC H8R 4B4.<\/p>\n

All purchases are processed within 48 business hours. Electric bikes take extra 2-3 days to be assembled and ready-to-ride. You will be directly notified once your e-bike is ready for a pickup.<\/p>\n

Flat Fee Shipping<\/h3>\n

We offer flat fee shipment for $50 USD in the United States and $50 CAD in Canada.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0shipping time may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for\u00a0any changes or delays in lead times after we ship the product.<\/p>\n

Returns and Exchanges<\/h3>\n

If you change your mind (or for any other reason), you can return your item within 30 days after receiving it. The item should be unused and have original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee, and we suggest you insure the package in case it gets damaged or lost in transit.<\/p>\n
